Privacy Policy

Account information you give us directly (business name, your name and email, and any user accounts you create), and the operational data you enter to run the product: stores, products, cycle sheets, invoices, delivery routes, and returns. If you connect QuickBooks Online, we store the OAuth tokens QuickBooks issues (encrypted at rest) and a limited cache of the customer/item records needed to match your data — never your QuickBooks password, which we never see.

To run the service you signed up for: rendering your cycle sheets, computing split suggestions, generating invoices, and — only with your explicit approval — syncing an invoice to QuickBooks. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it to train any model outside serving your own account's Sprout AI assistant, if you use it.

If your plan includes Sprout, the questions you ask it and the data it reads to answer are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. Sprout is read-only by design — it cannot edit or delete your data, with one narrow exception (drafting invoices, which you still review before they go anywhere).

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, it's retained for 90 days and then deleted on request — you can also export everything as CSV at any time before then.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the product: our hosting/database provider, our email provider (for account notifications), Anthropic (for Sprout, if enabled), and Intuit/QuickBooks Online (only for data you explicitly connect and approve syncing). We never sell your data to third parties.

Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. QuickBooks OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to your organization's data is scoped at the database layer so one business can never see another's.

You can export your data at any time, disconnect QuickBooks at any time from Settings, and request deletion of your account and its data by contacting us.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
