Terms of Service

Greenery Ops is a business operations tool for fresh-food packing and distribution businesses: packing/distribution sheets, returns tracking, invoicing (including a QuickBooks Online sync you must separately approve), and delivery routing. It is provided "as is" — we work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for the activity of every user you invite into your organization.

New accounts start with a free trial. No payment is collected during the trial, and no card is required to sign up. If and when paid subscriptions are enabled, plans are billed monthly in advance, and you can cancel at any time from your account's billing settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months, except where required by law.

You agree not to use the service to store or transmit unlawful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to another organization's data, or to interfere with the service's normal operation.

You own the data you put into Greenery Ops — your stores, products, cycle sheets, invoices, and everything else. You can export it as CSV at any time. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days and then deleted on request.

If you connect a QuickBooks Online account, we store the OAuth tokens QuickBooks issues (encrypted at rest) so we can read your customer/item data and, only with your explicit approval on each invoice, create records in your QuickBooks company file. We never write to QuickBooks without that approval step, and you can disconnect the connection at any time from Settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated to account owners.
